Inconel 625 เป็นนิกเกิลอัลลอยไม่มีคุณสมบัติในการเป็นแม่เหล็ก แม่เหล็กดูดไม่ติด ทนการกัดกร่อนและทนต่อการออกซิเดชันเป็นโลหะนิกเกิลอัลลอยซึ่งมีความแข็งแรงทนทานสูงในการทดสอบที่อุณหภูมิต่ำ(cryogenic)จนถึง1093 องศาเซลเซียส 
Nickel alloy Inconel 625 มีความแข็งแกร่งต่อการล้าตัวและมีความสามารถในการทนต่อต้านการแตกร้าวเนื่องความเค้นร่วมกับการกร่อนที่ดีเลิศอันเนื่องมาจากchloride ions.

Inconel 625 is a nonmagnetic, corrosion and oxidation resistant, nickel-base alloy. Nickel alloy Inconel 625 has excellent fatigue strength and stress-corrosion cracking resistance to chloride ions. It has high strength and toughness in the temperature range cryogenic to 1093°C which is derived largely from the solid solution effects of the refractory metals, columbium and molybdenum, in a nickel-chromium matrix.

INCONEL 718
