Inconel 625 เป็นนิกเกิลอัลลอยไม่มีคุณสมบัติในการเป็นแม่เหล็กทนการกัดกร่อนและทนต่อการออกซิเดชันเป็นโลหะนิกเกิลอัลลอยซึ่งมีความแข็งแรงทนทานสูงในการทดสอบที่อุณหภูมิต่ำ(cryogenic)จนถึง1093 องศาเซลเซียส  

Nickel alloy Inconel® 625 มีความแข็งแกร่งต่อการล้าตัวและมีความสามารถในการต่อต้านการแตกร้าวเนื่องความเค้นร่วมกับการกร่อนที่ดีเลิศอันเนื่องมาจากchloride ions.

Inconel® 625 is a nonmagnetic, corrosion and oxidation resistant, nickel-base alloy. It has high strength and toughness in the temperature range cryogenic to 2000°F (1093°C) which is derived largely from the solid solution effects of the refractory metals, columbium and molybdenum, in a nickel-chromium matrix. Nickel alloy Inconel® 625 has excellent fatigue strength and stress-corrosion cracking resistance to chloride ions.
